  Unfortunately we dont sell accessories and tool but we render designing and registering services.

  yes our apps and websites work with linux and windows

• Is the kernel updated ?

  We update our systems whenever there is an update needed.

• What tools do I need to dismount the product ?

  Our products cannot be dismounted since we sell designed products and websites that only maintained by us.

• Does the warranty apply to used items ?

  So far we havent started selling second hands goods but we use new materials to design our products

• Can I pay monthly with rates ?

  We only charge fixed amount on monthly basis bills, we dont charge rates .

• Do you apply extra charges for payments by bank transfer ?

  no we dont apply extra charges .the only charges we apply are for late payments

• How much do I need to wait after the payment ?

  it depends on the services that we are rendering to you . if you orded a website then that should takes us 5 market days to complete

• What do I do if the payment is unsucceful ?

  send an email to our sales team , the one that starts with info@sales and they will get back to you .

• Are cryptcurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum accepted ?

  no we dont accept any bitcoin or any forex cryptcurrences.
